How To Forward A Domain To Another Domain

One thing we encourage here at Pakiwebhost.com is that you register multiple TLDs for your brand. This way, you are provided protection and keep possible competitors from creating websites off your name.

For example, say you own example.com. You would then want to register example.net, example.org, example.biz and example.co at the very least! Once registered, you can then redirect your additional TLDs back to example.com.

In this tutorial, we’re going to show you how to forward a domain to another domain.

1) Login to the Pakiwebhost Platform

2) Click My Domains

3) Click on the pencil on your right next to the domain that you would like to redirect.  (Hero tip: If you hover over the pencil, you'll see this is how you "Manage Domain")

For this example, we're going to click the pencil   next to yoursupporthero.com.

5) Scroll down to DNS Host Record Management and click the blue Manage link as pictured below

6) On this screen, you just have to make a few simple edits.  Under Record Typeselect URL Redirect from the drop down.  Under Addresstype the address where you want to redirect.

For this example, we're going to redirect yoursupporthero.com to Pakiwebhost.com so in the Address section, we're going to type in https://www.Pakiwebhost.com.

Make sure there are no other records listed and click the blue Save Changes button.

Below is a screen shot of how our domain redirect looks:

The domain will now redirect to the address we have selected.
