Email setup in Microsoft Outlook

Open your Microsoft Outlook and follow the instructions below:

 Click on Tools and choose E-mail Accounts

Choose Add a new e-mail account and click on Next

 Choose POP3 and click on Next

 In the next window please put in the following information:

Your name field should contain the first and last name as you would like it to appear on your emails

In the E-mail Address field put your entire email address (e.g. myemail@domain.com)

Put mail.yourdomain.com for both POP3 and SMTP servers

Enter your "User Name" (full email address Note: please use "+" instead of "@" sign) and "Password" previously set up by you to access your email account.

Make Sure Remember Password has a Check Mark

 It is important that you DO NOT check the "Log on using Secure Password Authentication box

 You may click on Test Account Settings to check if you set up everything correctly.

 Once finished click on Next and then Finish

You have successfully setup an email account in Microsoft Outlook!

Note: You can make use of cPpanel integrated applications which can help you to configure Mail client automatically. You can find them here:

Login to your Cpanel > Email accounts > Create email account > Once it is created choose "Mail Client Configuration" next to this account and "Select an application" you need.
